Taiwanese who started to live in France since 2002, major in film making and art, but always curious about French gastronomy and desserts.
After finished her culinary program in “Ferrandi Paris, school of culinary arts”, she started her marvelous culinary life in Astrance (Michelin 3 stars rated restaurant). In 2015, she returned to Taiwan and opened her own restaurant.
French born Taiwanese, acknowledgeable in French wine, managing his family-owned restaurant in the suburban area of Paris before leaving for Taiwan in 2014.
He makes Ephernité a high standard of French dining experience , and the ambiance of the restaurant is just making you feel like in France.
